You’ll also be part of a much bigger team. We have over 450 stores, online teams running websites, mobile sites and web chatting, and four customer service contact centres, as well as teams that support our stores, contact centres and online including sales and operations teams.
As a stores advisor, You’ll make customers feel at home. Of course, selling is important. But taking every opportunity to help and look after people is your top priority. You’ll give expert advice and excellent customer service. And if you inspire customers so they become fans, you’ll reap the rewards.
You may already be in retail or customer service. Either way, you’ll be a team player. You’ll be eager to grow your career and you’ll be ready to learn. And we’ll support you as you do both.
