Our retail stores are the face of O2 and Telefónica in the UK. And it’s all about creating a world where every one of our customers enjoys an amazing experience. Walk into any one of our stores and you’ll immediately feel the energy our customers have come to expect. You’ll make sure they enjoy a warm welcome. And, every day, you’ll find new ways of connecting them with the things they love.

You’ll also be part of a much bigger team. We have over 450 stores, online teams running websites, mobile sites and web chatting, and four customer service contact centres, as well as teams that support our stores, contact centres and online including sales and operations teams.

As a stores advisor, You’ll make customers feel at home. Of course, selling is important. But taking every opportunity to help and look after people is your top priority. You’ll give expert advice and excellent customer service. And if you inspire customers so they become fans, you’ll reap the rewards.
